Made-to-Order

All Muskirae pieces are handcrafted and bespoke, created exclusively to your measurements. Each order is produced individually, with a production timeline of 12–14 working days, followed by dispatch.

Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

As all pieces are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Each garment is carefully verified prior to dispatch to ensure accuracy and finish.

Cancellations are only accepted within 2 hours of payment, before production begins. Once this window has passed, the order is considered confirmed and cannot be cancelled.

Alterations

Minor fit adjustments can be accommodated upon request.
All alteration requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

Delivery

Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location. Once dispatched, shipments are handled by our logistics partners. While we do not control transit, we remain available to assist in case of delays or concerns.

Duties & Taxes

All prices listed are exclusive of customs duties or import taxes, if applicable.

For orders within India, no additional duties apply. International orders may be subject to local charges, which are the responsibility of the client.

All designs, images, and content are the intellectual property of Muskirae. They may not be reproduced, distributed, or used in any form without prior permission.
